Telly the TV is a throwback action/adventure platformer with a nostalgic 1-bit style.

Keyboard Controls (Arrow Keys Move, Space to Jump, P to Pause, Start Game with Space or Enter)

You Play as Telly, the living CRT television set, in a scavenger-hunt gone wild.  Telly’s been trapped in TV Kingdom by the evil Robo-Queen.  Telly’s only hope of surviving is navigating each television show, all while trying to locate five remote-control-keys to escape each episode. 

Enter five exciting and quirky worlds while bashing baddies and traversing terrible traps!  Collect items to save each TV program, and face-off with the enemies of TV Kingdom.

V 1.1.3 Now Live

This is the last update before Telly the TV is available to download on Steam.  We made a few changes: 

• Adjusted the volume game wide, made everything quieter
• UI/UX Design improvements, you can use your mouse, keyboard, or gamepad to select menu options.  Added some SFX to the main menu, game over, and 'beat the game' screen.
• Players will now freeze on the elevator in Level 3-3 (this prevents a game crashing bug)
• Players will now freeze as the bosses are introduced to the player in World 5
• Invincibility Mode!
• Adjusted some platforms in 2-1 that were causing some platform glitches
• Adjusted the placement of some enemies in 1-2 and in  5-1
• 5-2 (rolling spike wall) - the track of the rolling spike wall will now damage the player if he comes into contact with the track.  You can still climb off the track in time to save HP. 
• HP powerups will be collected even if you have Full HP
• Added sound effects to the bosses in 5-2 & Final Level

Once the game is released on Steam, anyone who purchased Telly the TV on Itch will also have access to the most recent Steam version.  There is a level select mode and a brand new Candy channel for telly to explore!  Thanks for tuning in viewers . . .
